Earning and Payments
How You Earn
You earn money by viewing and engaging with advertisements on our platform. Earnings are calculated based on ad completion, engagement time, and advertiser campaign budgets.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed according to our payment schedule. Minimum payout thresholds may apply. We reserve the right to withhold payment if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to artificially inflate ad views or earnings. Any attempt to defraud the system will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
Advertiser Terms
Ad Content
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their ad content complies with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to reject or remove any ad content that violates our content policies or these terms.
Campaign Performance
While we strive to deliver high-quality, engaged audiences, we do not guarantee specific campaign results or conversion rates. Advertisers acknowledge that user engagement is voluntary.
Platform Integration
Partners who integrate Scroll ads into their platforms agree to comply with our integration guidelines and technical specifications. Revenue sharing terms will be outlined in separate integration agreements.
Intellectual Property
The Scroll platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Scroll and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Scroll and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have earned or paid through the platform in the past 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
